Libby Stocks

Libby Stocks is a licensed esthetician specializing in Skin Care, Permanent Make-Up, Laser Hair Removal and Make-Up Artistry. She has been a member of the Kathy Jones Skin Care team since 1999. Libby has studied directly under Kathy Jones and regularly participates in continued education at the many relevant conventions and seminars throughout the United States.
